Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the terms and procedures for using the website services provided by S-GrowthLab (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters of users and the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to career growth-related content and assessment tools provided by S-GrowthLab.
  • "User" refers to anyone who receives services provided by the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Content" refers to all information provided by the Service, including articles, assessment results, and images.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service website or notified to users by other means.
  2. The Service may amend these Terms for reasonable cause within the scope not violating applicable laws.
  3. Amended Terms become effective upon notification.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Service provides the following:

  • Career growth-related articles and content
  • PSA (Professional Style Assessment) service
  • Newsletter subscription service
  • Other services as determined by the Service

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights for content provided by the Service belong to the Service.
  2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, create derivative works, or allow third parties to use the content without prior consent from the Service.
  3. Personal, non-commercial quotations are permitted provided the source is properly attributed.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Misappropriation of others' information
  • Unauthorized modification of information posted on the Service
  • Transmission or posting of information prohibited by the Service
  • Intentional interference with Service operations
  • Other illegal or improper acts

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Service is exempt from liability if unable to provide services due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or system failures.
  2. The Service is not liable for service disruptions caused by user's own fault.
  3. Content provided by the Service is for reference purposes only, and the Service is not liable for decisions made based on such content.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

Any litigation arising from disputes between the Service and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Service's head office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service are effective as of January 1, 2025.
